Yesterday, some shitbag(s) broke into her apartment and stole her MacBook (they also went through her panty drawer, but that’s a different story). Now, this might not be a crisis for many people who just use their computers for email, Facebook and watching Kingsley on Youtube. But for Jennifer, who makes a living using her computer, this is a pretty big effing problem.
Here’s the deal. Instead of buying yourself that $5 latte, donate that $5 (or $1 if you get coffee from WaWa) to the Food Philosophy Laptop fund, set up by the wonderful Shea Levy. If HALF of Jen’s twitter followers donate a mere ONE DOLLAR, she’ll have more than enough to buy a new computer. HOLLER AT IT!
